Returns

According to the Act of May 30, 2014, "On Consumer Rights," a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity may return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be complete.
• The product must be in its original, unchanged condition, unless necessary within the scope of ordinary management.

IMPORTANT:
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of posing trunks (competition shorts). Please make your purchases thoughtfully.

How to make a return?

• Send the product to the following address:

• Include a statement of withdrawal from the contract. You can use a ready-made form available here.

Important information:

• The cost of returning the product is covered by the Customer.
• We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
• Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned package.
